Joining a league: If the league is private, you may need an invite code or to be accepted by an admin.
Missing leagues: If a league doesn’t appear, refresh the page and confirm you are logged into the correct account.
Sorting looks wrong? Some pages may remember your preferred order. If the order looks unexpected, try refreshing and reordering again.
Why is my prediction locked?Predictions usually lock close to kickoff. After the deadline, edits are not allowed.
Points questions? Points are based on the rules of the competition/league. Check the league rules when available.
My points look wrong: Sometimes the final score or match status updates after confirmation. Refresh the page after the match is marked as finished.
If you purchased a subscription or paid entry, keep your receipt and the email used for payment. If a payment looks stuck or incomplete, wait a few minutes and refresh before trying again.
